FAQThe things multi-site operators actually ask us before signing — coverage, robotics, reporting, pricing and accreditation.
A standard contract sells you hours. We sell a managed outcome — trained cleaning teams, robotics, IoT sensors and scheduled specialist work combined into one system, so what you're paying for is visible, measured and reported, rather than just assumed.
Every clean is scheduled, tracked and reported through the same cloud-based system — live digital inspection and audit data, not a paper checklist filled in after the fact.
No. Robotics is deployed where it's genuinely more consistent than doing the job by hand — repetitive floor cleaning, for example — which frees trained staff for the specialist, judgement-based work robots can't do. It's an addition to the human core of the contract, not a replacement for it.
The practical questions before you get us on a call.
Mostly. CWC360 is built for operations with three or more locations, or single large-format sites like warehouses, where a coordinated, technology-enabled approach genuinely pays off. If that's not your situation, we'll tell you rather than sign you up regardless.
UK-wide for specialist cleans. For ongoing contract cleaning, the North West is our preferred area, so multi-site operators with sites across the region get the most from the model.
Mop Squad (daily cleaning), View Crew (window cleaning), Fresh Room (washroom provision), Future Clean (robotic cleaning) and Green Crew (sustainability & waste) — run as one coordinated contract, not five separate suppliers you have to manage yourself.
Yes — our Specialist Cleans Team covers work that goes beyond a standard clean: rodent and pest issues, deep cleans, jet washing and similar jobs that need the right equipment, experience and a team that can handle difficult situations safely and discreetly.
Are you accredited and insured?
CWC360 is ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) certified, and registered in England & Wales (company registration 05229913).
How do you handle data protection?
We operate under GDPR-compliant processes across the business, covering how client and site data is collected, stored and reported through our systems.
How do we get a quote?
Tell us what you're currently paying for cleaning via our enquiry form or by calling us, and we'll show you what a managed outcome looks like for your sites instead.
Sustainability sits inside how we operate, not bolted on separately. Green Crew owns it as a dedicated remit, robotics and scheduled cleaning reduce unnecessary resource use by design, and it's reported through the same cloud system as the rest of your contract — not left as a claim on a page.
We're a small, hands-on team, so the person who scoped your contract stays reachable when something needs sorting — not a name on an org chart you can't get hold of.
