We started CWC360 because most commercial cleaning contracts are sold on price and delivered on hope. We build ours on data instead.

CWC360 is built around AI, robotics, connected systems and cloud-based reporting from the ground up — not a traditional contractor with an app bolted on afterwards.
The Clean Collective structure exists because we think five specialisms coordinated as one team beats one generalist team trying to do everything. Staff, robotics, sensors and scheduled specialist work — combined, reported, accountable.
We're a small, hands-on team — which means the person who scoped your contract is reachable when something needs sorting, not a name on an org chart.
