Stevie
Managing Director
Stevie Teare, Managing Director, has been involved within the cleaning industry since 1981. He has cleaned, supervised, managed, and led in a vast array of cleaning matters, and has experience in all aspects of cleaning management, including regulation compliance, training, auditing, managing, supervising, mentoring, negotiating, recruiting, and contract management. Additionally, Stevie helped lead the CWC360 team in gaining ISO 9001/14001 and CHAS accreditation.
Justin
Deep Clean Specialist
With over 23 years of experience, Justin is a valued member of the CWC360 family. He understands the critical aspects of the cleaning business, from machinery to people. As a multi-skilled professional, he is also an excellent Foreman and Team Leader.
Lee
Team Leader
Lee has been involved in the cleaning industry for over 10 years, and holds IPAF accreditation. He is excellent at troubleshooting operations issues, and consistently offers and promotes the highest quality service for our clients.
Stephen
Area Manager
Stephen has over 40 years’ experience within the cleaning industry
Stephen has previously worked as a Window Cleaning Supervisor, Area manager and Partner of a cleaning company.
Stephen has, since starting with CWC360, shown he is able to work closely with our clients and employees to ensure cleaning standards are maintained and specifications are met.
He also holds Managing Safely with the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health.
Peter
Specialist One off Cleaning Manager
Peter joined CWC360 as a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
Due to his continued hard work, commitment and eye for detail Peter was promoted to our Specialist Cleaning Manager for one off work.
Peter’s ability to manage his team ensures a high standard of completion of works.
He is able to co-ordinate and organise his teams and liaise with clients throughout the tasks ensuring client satisfaction.
His dedication and enthusiasm means he is a valued member of the CWC360 management team.
Michael
Area Manager
Michael brings 15years Management experience within the Leisure and Cleaning industry.
Previously coming from a similar role where he managed the cleaning contract for a major retailer.
Michael has a passion for delivering high standards and developing staff that work with him
Andrew
Operations Director
Andrew has been working within the cleaning industry over the last 16 years. Now the CWC360 Operations Director, he brings a great deal of experience in account/client management to his role. He is experienced in handling staffing needs, inventory management, special client accommodations, and even wage and invoice matters.

Secretary
With an impressive 50+ years in the cleaning industry, Steve carries a great deal of knowledge in day-to-day operations. He is brilliant at ensuring that the business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Ryan
National Operations Manager
Ryan is an experienced manager with over 10 years in the cleaning industry.
Ryan has worked as a Regional Contract manager, Operations manager, Area Manager and a National Head of Cleaning. He prides himself on providing the best possible service to our clients whilst looking after the welfare of our cleaners. Communication is key to all working relationships and Ryan will never promise something we can’t deliver but can promise to give everything to achieve what we say we can.
Jackie
Contracts Manager
Jackie has over 30 years experience within the cleaning industry.
Jackies’ background includes Housekeeping and Cleaning Operative progressing to a Site Supervisor.
Due to Jackies wealth of experience and knowledge she is now a Contracts Manager with CWC360 and is a valued member of our team working closely with employees and clients in the Liverpool area.
Steve
Area Manager
Steve brings a wealth of experience having spent over 30 years working in the cleaning sector covering Area Manager to Group Manager roles.
He has a passion to deliver excellent service and standards for the clients
His excellent communication and preparation skills are a key to his success
Steve believes in investing in the employees who deliver the day to day operations for the company
Kath
Office Manager
With an education in Business Management and Information Technology and over 15 years of working at CWC360, Kath provides a great deal of leadership as CWC360 office manager. She also doubles as our company Health & Safety Advisor, having obtained the NEBOSH Level 3 Certification in Occupational Health & Safety a number of years ago. She has also completed Quality Audit Training to ISO standards.
Phil
Site Foreman
With a background in the army, Phil has professional experience in many fields, and provides valuable skills to the CWC360 team. He has over 10 years of experience with pole fed reach and wash cleaning systems, and obtained his IPAF certification in 2014.
Hannah
Payroll Manager
Hannah has been an integral part of the CWC360 team since joining the Company in 2018. Hannah’s main role as a Payroll Manager is ensuring everyone in the Company is correctly paid on time. She must also be aware of HMRC updates and legislation, holiday allowances, new hires, changes to pay rates and termination of employees. For Hannah to do her job efficiently she prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of all payroll transactions.
Hannah also manages and maintains CWC360 Social Media Accounts to keep people updated with successful contacts, testimonials and also any recruitment that is currently required.
Stephen
Mobile Supervisor
Stephen joined our team in 2010 and has recently been promoted to Mobile Cleaning Supervisor after all his hard work. He ensures the contract service delivery is of a high standard, meeting all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.
Lewis
Mobile Supervisor
Lewis works as part of our team on our one off specialist cleaning jobs.
He has proven he is a valued member of our team and is able to work to high standards
Lewis is dedicated and is adaptable to our client requirements
